Track materials and thread/fabric choices, log process stages with timestamps, and run inspection checklists covering seams, tension, edges, measurements, and finish. When something needs fixing, log the defect, the corrective action, and before/after photos. When a project is done, generate a completion snapshot and a shareable handoff report (PDF) that documents exactly what was done — clearly labeled as user-recorded, not a third-party certification.
