About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

Asked "what medications do you take?" at the doctor, the pharmacy or the ER? Medily turns your medicines into a clear, printable medication list and a wallet card, so the answer is on paper instead of in your memory. Enter the patient's name, allergies and each medication with its dose and schedule, then create the list. You get one PDF with a full intake sheet and cut-out wallet cards. • FULL MEDICATION SHEET — a table of every medicine with dose, schedule and prescriber, plus date of birth, blood type, emergency contact, conditions / history and notes for staff. Long lists continue onto extra pages. • ALLERGIES FIRST — allergies print in a highlighted box near the top so staff see them straight away. • WALLET CARD — two credit-card-size cards (one spare) on the last page with name, allergies, medications and emergency contact, plus a dashed cut line. Fold or laminate it for a wallet, purse or glove box. • PRESCRIPTIONS AND MORE — list prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines and supplements; up to 80 medications. • PRINT, SHARE OR SAVE — print with AirPrint, share the PDF with family or a caregiver, or save it to Files. Honest scope: Medily makes a document — it has no reminders, dose tracking or drug-interaction checks. Pages are US Letter or A4 (it starts on the size your region uses). Your entries are saved on your iPhone, so you can update the list when your medications change and print it again. Medily is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Each sheet is marked "Informational only — not a prescription." Always check your list with your doctor or pharmacist. Everything is made on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded and no account is needed. Try it free — 3 lists. A one-time $4.99 purchase unlocks unlimited lists. No subscription, no ads. Questions: overlapmarr@gmail.com
