Masadar is the floor app for restaurant waiters and staff on the Massifer platform. See guest calls as they happen, take tables, and keep service moving from your phone. WHO IT IS FOR Waiters, runners, and other staff of restaurants on Massifer. An active staff account from your restaurant owner or manager is required to sign in. Guests do not use this app — they scan the table QR. WHAT YOU CAN DO Calls • See waiter calls and bill requests in real time • Accept, resolve, redirect, or cancel according to your permissions • SLA timers show which tables have been waiting too long Tables and zones • Open your assigned tables: free, occupied, and waiting • Review orders at the table • Scan a zone QR to start or change your work zone • Transfer a table to another waiter when needed Shift • Go available / unavailable • Attendance via QR when your restaurant uses it • Push alerts for new calls and announcements • Read restaurant announcements HOW IT WORKS Guests scan the table QR and use the Massifer panel. You work in Masadar on the floor. Owners and managers run the restaurant in Massifer Admin. ACCESS This app is for restaurant staff with an active Massifer account. Sign in with the phone number and password provided by your restaurant.
