About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

Blood Pressure Log helps you record your home blood pressure readings, see your trends, and bring a clean, organized report to your doctor. Simple, fast, and private. QUICK LOGGING Enter systolic, diastolic, and pulse in about 10 seconds with large pickers. Add tags like left/right arm, morning/evening, or after medication — plus your own notes. COLOR-CODED CLASSIFICATION Every reading is automatically color-coded using international guidelines: optimal, normal, high-normal, and hypertension stages. Understand what your numbers mean at a glance. TREND CHARTS 7, 30, and 90-day systolic-diastolic curves, morning vs. evening averages, and category distribution. Truly understand where your blood pressure is heading. DOCTOR REPORT (PDF) Turn your last 30 or 90 days of readings into a polished PDF with averages in one tap — send it to your physician or print it out. REMINDERS Set morning and evening measurement notifications so you never forget to measure again. TARGET RANGE Enter the target values your doctor recommends and track what percentage of your readings hit the goal. Your data is stored only on your device; no account required. Premium unlocks unlimited history, 30/90-day charts, and PDF reports. Important: This app is not a medical device, does not take measurements, and does not provide treatment advice; it only helps you keep records. Always consult your doctor for treatment decisions.
