About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

The UAE is moving to e-invoicing. Most small businesses are not ready, and getting ready should not mean hiring an accountant or buying software built for big companies. That is the whole reason Fatura Sahla exists: to get small UAE businesses e-invoice-ready with as little friction and overhead as possible. Your sales and purchases stop being scattered across different places and different forms. Some in a spreadsheet, some on paper, some in a chat thread — that is where almost every small business starts. Fatura Sahla holds all of it in one place. Type an invoice in, photograph a printed invoice or a supplier's paperwork and let the app read it, or bring a whole spreadsheet across at once. Prefer WhatsApp? Verify your number once, then send a photo or a short message and the sale lands in the app. The dashboard then shows your business's ins and outs day by day, in one place. You stop typing the same details over and over. Save a customer once and their details come back every time. Your own business details are filled in for you. Save the products and services you sell, with the right VAT treatment already attached, and picking them takes a second. Adding a new customer is a lot of writing? Send them a link or let them scan a QR code, and they fill in their own details for you. Your invoices look right and are right. Every invoice comes out as a clean, professional PDF you can send by email, on WhatsApp, or share straight from your phone. Before you send it, the app checks it against the UAE e-invoice standards and tells you plainly what is still missing — so nothing is discovered at the wrong moment. Credit notes, full or partial, work the same way. Printed invoices carry your touch too: add your logo, signature, colours and terms in a few taps. Your whole team works in one account. Add each team member with their own sign-in. Someone in the field can capture a sale in seconds and a colleague can finish it later — the Needs Review list is shared by everyone. Use it on a phone, a tablet or in your computer's web browser, in English, Arabic, Urdu or Hindi, with right-to-left layouts where they belong. The person writing the invoice does not have to be the person who reads English. And you are ready when the rules are. Your records are kept in the shape the UAE e-invoice standards expect from the day you start, not scrambled together later. When you need to hand your invoice data over in the standard format, it is one tap away. Free while the trial runs — at least two months from the day you sign up, and we will tell you at least 30 days before anything about pricing changes. Fatura Sahla helps you get ready. It is not an Accredited Service Provider and does not send your invoices to the tax authority for you.
