Bioreactor Tycoon turns the manufacturing of antibody drugs (monoclonal antibodies) into an idle management tycoon simulation. [How to play] 1) Hunt for "seeds" in the Discovery Lab (an antibody-scooping minigame) - scoop a good cell line from many. 2) Culture in the factory - grow cells in a bioreactor (progresses while idle). 3) Purify with columns - read the impurities (aggregates, charge variants, etc.) and assemble your column train. Success is never guaranteed. 4) Meet spec and ship - graded S / A / B / C. [A purification puzzle of reading and assembling] Each cell line has different properties (glycans, aggregation tendency, charge), and you pick purification columns to match (Protein A / ion exchange / hydrophobic / hydroxyapatite).
