JUDOU lets you see, on a map, which homes you can afford with your income and where. Using open data from Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) "Real Estate Library", JUDOU shows actual real-estate transaction prices on the map. Enter your annual income and a simple loan estimate computes your maximum purchase price, then colors each home as affordable (blue), over budget (pink), or no price data (purple). Over-budget homes still show in pink so you can read the local market while you explore. Tap a home for details: price, floor area, price per square meter, layout, year built, structure, location, and transaction period, plus the estimated monthly repayment under your current loan assumptions. Key features: - Real-estate transaction prices around you on a map (nearby homes are grouped with their average price; tap a group for a list sorted by price) - Estimates your maximum budget from your income (spouse's income optional), own funds, existing loan payments, interest rate and term, and colors homes you can and cannot afford - Home details with the estimated monthly repayment - Price heatmap: each area's average price in color bands (blue = affordable to red = expensive), with a legend - Filter by price, floor area, building age and layout - Save favorites and compare 2 to 3 homes side by side - Search by station, place name or address - Today's featured area and a recommended home within your budget - Covers the latest 8 quarters of transactions; new quarters appear automatically once published - Japanese and English (amounts in thousands of yen in English) Your income, favorites and filters are stored only on your device.
