Quiet Reserve — App Store rankings

About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

After being in a crowd, there are days when you cannot do anything. Sometimes a run of notifications is enough to scatter everything in your head. A sudden change of plans, or a slightly harsh tone, can wear you down more than you expected. But in the moment, it is hard to explain. You are not trying to make it a big deal. You simply end up unable to move later. Quiet Reserve is an app for briefly recording those days when small stimuli wear you down easily. You do not need to write a long diary. Crowds, notifications, plan changes, tone of voice, sounds, waiting for a reply. Choose what feels close, then record how much you have left right now, like a water level. As your records grow, you can quietly look back at which stimuli tend to wear you down, and which ways of coping left you with a little energy. Quiet Reserve does not diagnose you. It does not ask you to improve. You do not need to use it every day. It does not call you “too sensitive”. It does not say you are “overthinking”. It simply keeps a record of how that day wore you down. For people who cannot do anything after being in a crowd. Quiet Reserve is a quiet recording app for people who get tired easily from stimuli. Main features: ・record what wore you down with tags ・record your current reserve like a water level ・add what you did to cope only when needed ・review recent records ・mode for recording only the level ・silent mode with no sounds ・with Quiet Reserve+, use search, period review, export, and theme changes Even on the free version, you can keep recording. Use Quiet Reserve+ only when you want to organize your records more.
