应用简介

开发者在美国 App Store 的完整简介（英文原文）。

SitPose is a calm posture coach that watches your back while you work. Prop your phone to your side, start a session, and SitPose uses the front camera and on-device pose detection to notice when you slouch or crane your neck - then gently nudges you back upright with a sound, a spoken cue, or a haptic. When you're done, you get a quiet summary of how you sat. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • 100% on-device. Apple's Vision framework analyzes each frame in memory. • No video is ever recorded, saved, or uploaded. • No account, no sign-in, no tracking, no servers. MADE TO FEEL CALM, NOT NAGGY • Calibrate to your own good posture — alerts are based on your baseline, not a one-size-fits-all rule. • A grace period, so a quick reach for your coffee never nags you. • Separate sensitivity for neck and torso, with clear on-screen gauges. • Choose a gentle sound, a spoken reminder that names the area to fix, or silent haptics for shared offices. • Stand-up reminders to get you moving on your schedule. • Auto-pauses when you step away, so your good-posture score stays honest. HOW IT WORKS iOS can't use the camera in the background, so SitPose runs as a focused, screen-on work session. That keeps your stats clean and meaningful instead of vague all-day numbers. For long sessions, prop your phone on a stand and keep it plugged in. Sit well. Standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
