About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

LiveCut is a lightweight tool for quickly converting videos into Live Photos. You can choose a video from the system Photos library, trim the exact segment you want, adjust the start point, end point, and key photo, then generate a Live Photo that can be saved to the system Photos library with one tap. It is ideal for turning videos of travel, pets, couples, gatherings with friends, and everyday moments into Live Photos for collecting, sharing, or using as dynamic lock screen material. 【Video to Live Photo】 - Import video materials from the system Photos library - Freely adjust the Live Photo segment range - Choose the best key photo - Generate Live Photos recognized by the system Photos library - Supports multiple video aspect ratios, including portrait, landscape, and square videos 【Keep Your Album Organization Habits - Exclusive Feature】 If you select a video from a user-created album, LiveCut will automatically save the generated Live Photo back to the original album, so your material stays in the same organized location. If the current album does not support writing, the generated result will still be saved to the system Photos library with a clear notice. 【Closer to the Original Material】 LiveCut can preserve the source video’s shooting time, location, and other metadata as much as possible. It can also prioritize the original video quality, making the exported Live Photo closer to the original material. 【Free Trial and Lifetime Membership】 LiveCut is free to download and use.
