About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

House Hunter's Friend is the iPhone companion built for the real-world chaos of shopping for a home. Walking through an open house, you're juggling photos in your camera roll, half-finished notes in a text app, and the realtor's flyer somewhere in your jacket pocket. By Tuesday you can't remember which house had the new roof. House Hunter's Friend keeps everything in one place — one screen per house, one tap away. Every house. Every detail. One place. • Snap photos with your camera or import from your library — store as many as you want per home. • Capture the full address, listing price, and your 1-to-5 star rating. • Save realtor name, phone, email, and brokerage so you never lose contact info. • Free-form notes for first impressions and follow-up questions. The inspection checklist that doesn't let anything slip. Each house starts with a built-in checklist of the big-ticket items every buyer should think about: Roof · Furnace / Heating · Air Conditioning · Water Heater · Refrigerator · Stove / Oven · Dishwasher · Microwave · Washer · Dryer · Windows · Foundation · Basement · Plumbing · Electrical Panel · Exterior / Siding · Driveway · Garage · Insulation · Attic · Sump Pump For each item, you can note its age, rate its condition with stars, and add your own observations. Add any custom item you like. A mortgage calculator built right in. Each house has its own offer price, down payment, interest rate, and term — see the monthly principal & interest payment update live. Compare two houses' real monthly numbers in seconds. A printable report for your three-ring binder. Tap a button and get a beautifully formatted PDF of every house, with photos, ratings, inspection findings, mortgage breakdown, and your notes. Print directly via AirPrint, save to Files, share with your spouse or realtor, or email to your inspector. Your data, your iCloud. Everything you save is stored privately in your own iCloud account, automatically synced between your iPhone and iPad, and protected by your Apple ID. We never see your data and we don't have a server. If you replace your phone, all your houses are right there on the new one. House Hunter's Friend was built for the moments that decide a six-figure purchase. Bring it to every showing.
