应用简介

开发者在美国 App Store 的完整简介（英文原文）。

Stance is your AI workout coach. Tell it your goal, your level, the days you can train and the exercises you like: it builds your sessions, adapts them as you progress, and stays with you between workouts. A COACH THAT KNOWS YOU - Ask in your own words: "build me a leg day for tomorrow", "I only have 30 minutes", "what should I eat tonight?" - Workouts created automatically from your goals, your training days, your equipment and your favorite exercises - Nothing changes without you: you approve every session before it goes into your log - Your working weights adjusted from what you really lifted TRAIN, LOG, PROGRESS - A clean workout log: sets, reps, weights in kg or lb, personal records, history and calendar - Gym or street workout, with a rest timer that follows your session - Trained without the app? Tell Stance in one tap and your week stays up to date RECOVERY AND NUTRITION - Live Recovery: see which muscles are ready, recovering or still fatigued before you train - Meals created with your coach from your targets and your tastes - Calories, macros and a food diary, synced with Apple Health GO FURTHER WITH ELITE - Your coach steps in when a lift stalls and suggests an adjustment - Sleep quality taken into account on iPhone: lighter loads offered after a short night - Advice the day before your session: your last performance and tomorrow's target - Auto-Pilot: your next session's load set from the effort of your last set, and your rest adjusted after every set TRAIN TOGETHER - Crew: private groups, chat, challenges and leaderboards with your training partners PRIVACY BY DESIGN Your health data is shared with the coach only if you allow it, and it is not kept. Some features require a Stance Active or Stance Elite subscription. Stance gives training guidance, not medical advice.
