About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

Home Atlas A tap-to-open floor map of the household landmarks a house sitter or relative needs first: main water shutoff, electrical panel, exits, and the extinguisher, each carrying a note and a last-checked date. Inventory Group belongings room by room and record brand, model, serial number, barcode, condition, purchase date, price, store, and warranty. Attach a photo and a receipt to every item, then search by name, room, brand, or serial. Continuity Desk Write down the procedures another person may have to follow, from shutoffs and outage handoffs to access notes and service steps, each with priority, location, responsible person, contact, and a review window. Mark each one verified and clear the action queue as reviews fall due. Record Index One search field reaches across inventory, documents, home systems, maintenance, and continuity procedures at once, narrows to whatever still needs attention, and opens the underlying record. Maintain Schedule recurring upkeep with due dates and intervals, drawing on a built-in reference of seasonal household tasks, so filter changes and battery tests stop slipping. Workspace Watch warranties before they lapse, chart home systems against typical service life, keep documents and coverage notes together, plan a move box by box, and produce room-by-room PDF, CSV, evidence, emergency-card, and moving exports. Backup and Restore Prepare one versioned file that carries your records and attachments, verify its integrity digest and internal links, preview the contents, and confirm before anything is replaced. Records stay in the app's local container and leave only when you export, back up, or share them yourself.
