PDFX is a focused PDF tool for finishing documents on your Mac. Sign a contract, fill in a form, add a note, or place an image — then save the PDF without uploading it anywhere. SIGN • Draw your signature right on the page; every stroke stays together as one signature • Choose the ink color • Import a signature from your iPhone or iPad with Continuity FILL AND ANNOTATE • Fill text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, and pop-up menus in PDF forms • Click to add text; boxes grow as you type, with font, size, and color controls • Draw rectangles, rounded rectangles, ellipses, triangles, diamonds, lines, and arrows • Insert, paste, or drag in images and place them where you drop them • Move, resize, rotate, duplicate, and layer any object NAVIGATE • Page thumbnails with badges on pages you have edited • Search the document text and jump between matches • Sharp zoom with trackpad pinch or the zoom controls WORK FAST • Keyboard editing: nudge with the arrow keys, Return to edit text, Esc to deselect, Command-1 to Command-4 to switch tools • Full undo and redo SAVE YOUR WAY • Save in place and keep every object editable when you reopen the file in PDFX • Save As, or export a flattened copy that looks the same in any PDF app • Reduce PDF Size compresses images while keeping text searchable PRIVATE BY DESIGN PDFX works only on the files you choose.
