Stem is an event planner for florists. Build a recipe for every arrangement, watch the stem count and cost of goods add up, and keep each wedding, funeral or corporate job together with its client and its numbers. EVENTS - Client name, phone and email, date, type and venue for every job: weddings, corporate events, funerals and memorials, birthdays and anniversaries, galas, holiday parties, baby showers and more - Contract price, deposit received and balance due - Status from consultation and proposal to confirmed, in prep, delivered and completed - Search by event, client or venue, and filter upcoming, in-prep or completed jobs - Home lists this week's events and what is coming up, with an order-flowers alert for events five days away or less FLOWER RECIPES - Add the arrangements for each event (bridal bouquet, centerpieces, boutonnieres, corsages, arch pieces) with how many you need, the supplies cost and the price you charge - Build each recipe stem by stem: flower or greenery, variety, stems per arrangement and unit cost, with quick picks for common flowers such as garden rose, ranunculus, peony and eucalyptus - See the stems per arrangement and for the whole event, the cost of goods per arrangement and in total, and the gross margin on every arrangement PREP TIMELINE A day-by-day task list counted back from the event date: when to place the wholesale order, receive and process the flowers, build the arrangements and set up. Weddings and galas start five days out; funeral work starts the day before. INSPIRATION PHOTOS Keep reference photos from your photo library with each event. STEM PRO - Unlimited active events (free: up to 5) and unlimited inspiration photos (free: 5 per event) - Procurement list: the stems for every event in the next seven days, or for a single event, added up by flower and variety, with 0 to 30% extra stems, the estimated stem cost and the estimated gross profit - Gross profit and margin for every event - Orders tab: a monthly snapshot of revenue, cost of goods, profit and margin, plus a pricing calculator that turns stem and supplies cost into a client price at your own markup, and compares each month with the margin it gives - PDF export: an event summary (arrangements, stem counts, costs, contract price and margin) and a recipe sheet for each arrangement, ready to share - AI Floral Guide: ask about varieties, seasonality, substitutions, stem counts or pricing and get AI-generated answers. Only the question you type is sent to the AI service, never your events or clients. In the US, Stem Pro is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year (US prices; other countries see their own price in the app).
