SelfCapsule Finance is a full budget and expense tracker that runs entirely on your iPhone and iPad. There is no account to create and no bank to connect. You export a statement from your own bank, import it, and keep the only copy. WHAT YOU GET, FREE - Unlimited accounts, transactions, and categories. No row caps - Budgets by category and month, with rollover so unused money carries forward - Savings goals with progress you can see - Recurring bills, payees, tags, and split transactions - CSV, OFX, and QFX statement import.
