About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

Life is better when you know what’s happening. Function is a social event platform built around real experiences. Discover functions through your friends, groups, campus, and community, then keep everything surrounding the event in one place. FIND YOUR NEXT FUNCTION Explore what’s happening around you, from parties and campus events to club meetings, concerts, workouts, networking events, and casual plans. See the functions your friends and groups are attending, discover new communities, and find plans that match what you are looking for. EVERYTHING AROUND THE EVENT Function brings the people, conversation, and details together. • RSVP or request to attend • Invite friends and groups • Chat with attendees • Receive updates from the host • Keep track of upcoming functions • See where your friends and communities are going MEMORIES FOR THE PEOPLE WHO WERE THERE Every function can have its own private photo gallery, available only to attendees. Share photos, captions, comments, and reactions with the people who experienced it with you, without putting every memory in front of everyone you know. A PROFILE BUILT FROM REAL EXPERIENCES Your Function profile is not just another general photo feed. Showcase photos from functions you actually attended, pin your favorite memories, follow friends, and build a profile that reflects the places you have been and the communities you are part of. BUILT FOR HOSTS, TOO Whether you are planning something with friends or representing a club, organization, venue, or community, Function helps your events reach people who are ready to participate. Create a function, control who can attend, manage requests and invitations, communicate with attendees, and keep the experience connected from announcement to aftermath. DISCOVER IT. JOIN IT. LIVE IT. Stop hearing about everything after it happened. Find your next Function.
