应用简介

开发者在美国 App Store 的完整简介（英文原文）。

A calm race training plan, built entirely on your phone. Run 42 generates a personalised 8–24 week plan from seven simple questions — no account, no ads, no servers, no nonsense. WHAT YOU GET • Plans for marathon, half marathon, and 10K — calibrated to your goal time • Phase-based progression: Base, Build, Peak, Taper, Race • Four pace zones: Easy, Race pace, Threshold, VMA • Every session laid out: distance, duration, pace target • Long-run progression scaled to your distance • Smart cutback weeks built in PROVEN STRUCTURE Each plan applies the same training principles a coach would: aerobic base, quality build, race-specific peak, proper taper. The algorithm is deterministic and explainable — no AI, no black box. TRACK YOUR ACTUAL RUNS Connect Strava and every session shows planned vs actual: distance, duration, average pace. Add a private journal note to each session. The app never grades you — it just keeps the record. ONE PAYMENT, KEEP IT FOREVER A single €24.99 unlocks the full app for life — no subscription, no auto-renewal. Premium includes calendar sync, daily reminders on training days, and full backup/restore. DESIGNED FOR RUNNERS WHO DON'T WANT MORE NOISE No streaks. No confetti. No social feed. No leaderboard. Just a thoughtful plan in a quiet interface that respects your time and your phone's storage. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your plan, paces, goals and notes never leave your phone unless you explicitly choose to share. We can't see them. We can't lose them. There's no cloud, no analytics, no tracking. LANGUAGES English and French. For marathoners, half marathoners, and 10K runners — first race or fifth. Terms of Use: https://run42.app/terms
