About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

Speak. We'll write it down for you. VoiceJournal turns your spoken thoughts into a beautifully written journal — without the typing. Just open the app, talk for as long or short as you want, and VoiceJournal transcribes, dates, and organizes your reflections into private entries you can revisit forever. Most people quit journaling because typing every day feels like homework. VoiceJournal removes that friction. You speak naturally — driving, walking, lying in bed — and the app does the writing. WHY VOICEJOURNAL • Talk, don't type — capture full thoughts in seconds • AI cleans up filler words and gives you a polished entry • Mood tagging — see your emotional patterns over time • Calendar view — every day of your year in one place • Search every word you've ever spoken • Private by default — locked with Face ID / Touch ID • Apple Watch — record from your wrist, sync instantly • Listen back to the original audio anytime PERFECT FOR — Daily journaling and self-reflection — Gratitude practice — Anxiety and stress relief — Mental health check-ins — Therapy preparation and recap — Voice memos that deserve more than a Notes app — ADHD-friendly journaling without the blank page — Capturing dreams the moment you wake up — Founders and creators thinking out loud YOUR WORDS, YOUR PRIVACY Your entries are yours. VoiceJournal locks every recording behind Face ID, supports passcode protection, and stores your journal privately on your device with optional encrypted cloud backup. Nothing is shared. Nothing is read. Ever. AI THAT HELPS, NEVER REPLACES VoiceJournal's AI doesn't write your journal — you do. The AI quietly: • Cleans transcripts (removes "ums," "likes," and false starts) • Suggests mood tags based on what you said • Generates weekly summaries you can re-listen to • Surfaces patterns ("you mentioned 'sleep' 9 times this month") You can turn off any AI feature with a single tap. VOICEJOURNAL PRO — UNLOCK EVERYTHING VoiceJournal Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks: • Unlimited transcription minutes • AI summaries and pattern insights • Advanced mood and tag library • Premium journal themes • Full Apple Watch sync • Encrypted cloud backup across devices • Priority support Plans available: — Weekly — 3 Months (best value) Free trial: a free trial may be offered. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Auto-renew: subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless turned off at least 24 hours before. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.
