应用简介

开发者在美国 App Store 的完整简介（英文原文）。

Your ADHD brain wasn't built for 37 open tabs, a ping every 90 seconds, and a to-do list somehow longer than yesterday's. Feltly isn't another meditation app. It's a focus tool that starts with how you actually feel — scattered, tired, anxious, creative, overwhelmed, or in flow — and tunes the session around that. HOW IT WORKS (3 steps, every session) 1. Check in with your mood. Six ADHD-aware states, one tap. 2. A 1-minute guided warmup. Breath or body cue to beat task paralysis. 3. A timed focus session with mood-matched audio, playing in your own Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube Music — no new library to learn. WHY FELTLY WORKS FOR ADHD • Mood-first, not scenario-first. Your state changes every hour, so your audio should too. • The warmup beats the "I can't start" wall. One minute is short enough to actually do. • Bring your own music. Feltly opens tracks in the app you already pay for. • Streaks and a daily goal you can actually hit — small, repeatable, honest. • Three focus-strictness modes: Deep Focus (app-lock), Guided (nudges), Flexible (no rules). EVERY MOOD HAS ITS OWN TOOLKIT → Scattered — lo-fi beats + box breathing → Tired — calm acoustic + wake-up movement → Anxious — peaceful piano + 4-7-8 breath → In flow — deep focus instrumental + thread-hold cue → Creative — creative flow audio + lens-opening exercise → Overwhelmed — ambient relax + pick-one-thing exercise PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your answers, sessions, and streaks live on your device. Nothing is sold, shared, or used to train anything. FELTLY PRO Unlock every mood, custom session lengths, full stats and history, all three focus-strictness modes, and every future feature. • Annual subscription • Lifetime one-time purchase Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
