Open Activity Monitor to inspect CPU use, memory use, and running processes with Apple's built-in tool. Features - View installed RAM and logical CPU core count - Open Activity Monitor with one click - Refresh the local dashboard - Reopen the dashboard from the menu bar The Mac App Store version does not list or stop other apps, monitor their resource usage, or change login items. Process inspection and control happen in Activity Monitor. No account or sign-in is required.
