About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

AirSwitch Pro is an intelligent input source switcher for macOS, built for multilingual users. Assign a default input source to each application, and AirSwitch Pro will automatically switch for you whenever you change apps. No more manual switching — stay focused on what matters. **Sound familiar?** - You open WeChat to type in Chinese, but the keyboard is still set to English - You switch to Xcode to write code, but the input source is stuck on Chinese - You jump between Safari and Pages, manually switching input sources every single time - By the end of the day, your fingers are tired from repeatedly pressing keyboard shortcuts **AirSwitch Pro makes it all automatic.** **Key Features:** - Per-App Input Source Rules — Assign a specific input source to each app. Chinese for WeChat, English for Xcode, Japanese for Mail — whatever you need - Instant Auto-Switching — When you switch app windows, the input source follows instantly with millisecond response - Force Mode — When enabled, even manual input source changes are immediately reverted, ensuring the correct input source is always active - Global Default — Set a universal fallback input source for apps without specific rules - Auto-Detect Installed Apps — Automatically scans and lists all installed applications on your Mac, no manual adding required - Search & Sort — Quickly find any app with built-in search; configured apps are shown first - Shortcut Mapping — Remap complex keyboard shortcuts to simpler combinations, with multi-step sequential triggers. For example, quick access to macOS 26 clipboard history with one shortcut (⌘⌥C → ⌘Space, ⌘4) - Menu Bar Resident — Runs quietly in the menu bar without taking up Dock space - Launch at Login — Set it once, works forever **Do you know how much time manual switching wastes?** Studies show that multilingual users manually switch input sources over 100 times per day. Each switch takes approximately 2 seconds (locate shortcut + press keys + confirm). That adds up to: - 3–5 minutes wasted every day on input source switching - Over 20 hours wasted per year - More than 73,000 unnecessary keystrokes per year - Tens of thousands of avoidable finger presses on your keyboard AirSwitch Pro gives you all that time and energy back, so you can focus on what truly matters. **Privacy First:** AirSwitch Pro collects zero user data. No network connections, no tracking, no analytics. All data stays on your device. Your privacy is our top priority. **Free vs. Pro:** - Free: Configure input source rules for 1 app and up to 2 shortcut mappings — experience the core functionality - Pro: One-time purchase, yours forever. Unlock unlimited app rules and unlimited shortcut mappings, synced across all your Mac devices via Apple ID Download AirSwitch Pro now and never manually switch input sources again!
