Saffron - Recipe & Meal Plan — App Store rankings

About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

Saffron is a recipe and meal planning app. NEW — Recipe Generator. Describe what sounds good ("easy weeknight chicken with whatever's in the fridge") and dial in diet (omnivore, vegetarian, vegan), allergens to avoid, macro lean, cuisine, time budget, and servings. Saffron writes a complete recipe — title, ingredients with real quantities, step-by-step instructions — that you can save straight to your library. Free tier includes 20 generations a month. Scan a recipe with your camera. Snap a photo of a cookbook page, recipe card, or handwritten note. Saffron reads the page and pulls out the title, ingredients, and instructions. Free tier includes 3 scans a month. Multi-plan meal plans. Create as many named meal plans as you want — a "Light Week," a "Holiday Dinner Party," a "Marathon Training Block." Switch between them, duplicate one to a new week, send any meal to your calendar. Running grocery list. A single grocery list that lives across sessions. Add items as they come up; generate a list from any meal plan and choose whether to append (merge with what's already there, quantities sum) or replace. Send the list to Apple Reminders with one tap (Pro). Pantry tracking. Tell Saffron what you already have. Generate-from-plan skips items in your pantry automatically. Macros & nutrition. Server-side macro estimation for every recipe in your library (Pro). Daily calorie + macro targets with a plan rollup. Reliability: Generator, Scan, Macros features all run through Saffron's own backend, not the iOS binary. No API keys on your device. When the features are temporarily unavailable you don't get charged a unit and a clear "try again" message tells you what happened. Pro unlocks: unlimited generations, unlimited scans, server-side macro estimation, send-to-Reminders, send-to-Calendar. ——— Terms of Use (EULA): https://blackautomations.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://blackautomations.com/privacy-policy
