ServeFlow is the simplest way to plan your worship services and keep your whole team on the same page, without the endless group chat. Built for worship leaders and volunteer musicians, it brings your service plan, song sets, role assignments, and setup logistics into one calm place everyone can see. PLAN THE SERVICE - Build your order of worship: sections, songs, keys, and BPM - Assign band, vocals, and tech roles to your team - Save any service as a reusable template so you never start from a blank page - Duplicate a service to next week or to any date you pick YOUR SONG LIBRARY - A searchable library with lyrics, keys, and reference tracks - Made for multilingual worship: Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and English, with lyrics that render correctly in every script, shown next to a romanized reading so the whole team can sing along - Set your church's Bible languages once, and every scripture in your plan and on the projection screen follows - Filter by language, and see when each song was last sung so your sets stay fresh KEEP THE TEAM IN SYNC - Everyone sees who is serving and what they are playing - Members tap "I'm in" or "Can't" so you know your lineup at a glance - Mark the dates you cannot serve, and leaders see it while they schedule - Automatic reminders the evening before and the morning of a service SETUP AND PACKUP CHECKLISTS - Assign setup and teardown tasks so nothing gets forgotten - Anyone can check a task off, and you can see exactly what is done and who did it STAY NOTIFIED - Push notifications when you are added to a service or when the plan changes Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. ServeFlow keeps your worship team organized so you can focus on worship, not logistics.
