About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

FocusList helps you turn small daily actions into lasting habits. Read a few pages, move more, drink water, or make time to learn. Create routines that fit your life, record each check-in, and see your progress with clear calendars and statistics. BUILD HABITS YOUR WAY Customize habit names, icons, and colors. Choose scheduled days, set daily check-in targets, and add reminders. Track a habit once a day or several times, depending on your goal. KEEP A RECORD OF YOUR PROGRESS Check in quickly and review daily records, total check-ins, and your longest streak. Archive habits to keep your active goals organized. SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE Review your activity with weekly statistics. Monthly and yearly reports show your completion rate, check-in count, and days with check-ins, alongside calendars and trend charts. Explore the check-in heatmap and daily activity details to look back on your routines. CONNECT WITH APPLE HEALTH With your permission, read data such as step counts and flights climbed from Apple Health. Related habit check-ins can update based on your goals as health data is refreshed. MAKE IT FEEL LIKE YOU Choose scene themes such as Woodgrain, Rose Journal, and Starlit Galaxy, along with accent colors. Export habit records as images to save or share your progress. START SMALL, KEEP GOING Use guest mode to get started, or sign in and enable iCloud sync for your habits and check-in records. The free version supports up to 5 active habits, basic check-ins, and weekly statistics. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks lifetime membership, including unlimited active habits, monthly and yearly statistics, the check-in map, more themes and colors, custom habit images, and habit export. Start with one small goal you want to keep.
