About this app
The developer's US App Store description, in full.
Mahal Connect is purpose-built for Mahal communities and Islamic organizations — the first app that handles everything from member records to monthly salaries, all under one roof. MEMBER & FAMILY MANAGEMENT Every house, every member, every role — organized and searchable. Track contact details, payment histories, Varisangya records, and generate NOC certificates without touching a paper register. The My People directory keeps your whole community one tap away. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING Professional-grade accounting built for Mahal admins, not accountants. Day book, trial balance, balance sheet, ledger reports, petty cash, income & expenditure — all in one place. Export as PDF or CSV for complete audit transparency. REGISTRATIONS Digital Nikah registration. Death records. NOC certificates. Everything paperless, tracked, and retrievable in seconds. COMMITTEES & MEETINGS Create committees, schedule meetings, record minutes, and track decisions — without hunting through WhatsApp threads or old notebooks. INSTITUTES & EMPLOYEES Manage your Mahal's schools, madrasas, and institutions with staff records, employee dashboards, and monthly salary processing — all connected to the same platform. REPORTS & ANALYTICS Blood group directory. Orphan welfare reports. Area-wise member distribution. Data your leaders actually need to make decisions. COMMUNICATION Post announcements, send push notifications, and manage event banners — keep your community informed without a separate messaging app. THREE ROLES, ONE PLATFORM Admin, Institute Manager, and Member — each with their own tailored dashboard, navigation, and permissions. Every user sees exactly what's relevant to them, nothing more. LANGUAGE & SECURITY Full Malayalam (മലയാളം) and English support. OTP-based login — no passwords. Firebase-backed security, encrypted local storage, and offline access with automatic sync. Mahal Connect — built so your leaders spend time serving the community, not managing paperwork.
