Log meals in seconds, see clear calorie + macro totals, and stay consistent with reminders and widgets — without creating an account. WHY YOU’LL LOVE MACRIOS • Fast food logging: type what you ate and get instant calorie + macro estimates. • Barcode scanning: scan packaged foods (powered by Open Food Facts) and save items to your on-device history for quick re‑logging. • Local recipe search: search a built‑in core database instantly, with an optional larger recipe archive downloaded in the background for even better matches. • Exercise + active burn: connect Apple Health to view activity calories and workouts, or log your own saved exercise programs offline. • Hydration tracking: simple daily water logging with optional nudges. • Grocery lists: build a checklist from recipes, then archive completed lists to reuse later. • Widgets: keep your daily totals on your Home Screen.
