Part Pro helps you monitor critical components, streamline maintenance, and manage part inventory with ease. Boost your productivity and reduce downtime – all in one app.Part Tracker Pro is the all-in-one app designed to help maintenance professionals and inventory managers stay ahead of downtime. From tracking critical spares to managing a complex parts database, this app gives you the tools to operate with confidence and efficiency. IATF 16949 certified organization should have: * Identification of Critical Equipment: A clear understanding of which machines and equipment are critical to their production processes and the achievement of product/process characteristics. * Critical Spare Parts List: A documented list of spare parts deemed critical for these machines. This often comes from FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) on equipment or processes, maintenance history, and supplier recommendations. * Inventory Management System: A system to track the inventory, minimum stock levels, reorder points, and lead times for these critical spare parts. * Maintenance Procedures: Documented procedures for preventive and predictive maintenance that include considerations for critical parts. * Contingency Plans: Plans for what to do if a critical part is unavailable, to minimize impact on production. * Performance Monitoring: Metrics to monitor the effectiveness of their spare parts management, such as Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) or equipment uptime. Therefore, the need for maintenance critical parts tracking is an essential operational outcome of a well-implemented IATF 16949 quality management system.
