About this app
The developer's US App Store description, in full.
A focused reference for medical abbreviations, with a library you can make your own. Look up an abbreviation or search by meaning, read its listed definitions, and keep useful entries close at hand. LOOK UP AND READ Search the bundled collection or browse the alphabetical index. Open a dedicated reading view and return to recent lookups. On iPad, browse and read side by side in an adaptive layout. BUILD YOUR LIBRARY Save useful entries to My Library. Create folders and subfolders, move entries between folders, and search your saved references. ADD YOUR OWN TERMS Create custom abbreviations and descriptions, then organize them alongside your saved entries. Keep your personal reference collection relevant to what you study and use. KEEP YOUR LIBRARY IN SYNC Keep saved entries, custom abbreviations, and folders in sync across your devices using iCloud. Synchronization requires iCloud to be enabled and the same Apple Account on each device. Reference lookup and local library features remain available without iCloud. No advertising or tracking. REFERENCE, NOT CLINICAL ADVICE Medical abbreviations can have several meanings. Confirm the intended meaning in the original document and its clinical context. This app is an informational reference, not a tool for diagnosis, treatment, or medical decision-making. Do not enter patient-identifying information in custom entries. Recent lookups are stored locally and can be cleared without removing your saved favorites.
