About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

You spend too much time sitting at your desk or scrolling on your phone? You can't stick to a traditional workout plan? Us too. Don't worry, we've got you covered. Sporadic is simple. Random exercises at random times to get you moving. Stay active, stay motivated, and stay ready for whatever comes next. Getting started is easy and free. Here's how it works: GETTING STARTED • Add a stack to help you meet your goals. • Invite your friends or go alone. • Start receiving random exercise challenges throughout the week! KEEPING IT RANDOM • Sporadic will randomly choose exercises from your stack to challenge you with. • You won't know when the challenges are coming. CUSTOMIZATION • The best part about Sporadic is you can fully customize exercises and their difficulty, shaping it to fit your needs. • Make it work with your schedule by deciding which days you want a challenge. • Receive the challenge at the time you require by setting the time the notification will deliver. • Stylize your group with a custom name, color, and emoji. Once you're all set up, you can start receiving challenges to help you stay active and motivated! You may get a challenge to do 10 crunches, or you may get a challenge to do 14 pushups. Randomize your exercise! ANALYTICS • Stay motivated by keeping track of your lifetime progress. • Keep track of your daily average. • Explore your data graph for each group and each exercise. • Keep a streak going by completing challenges in a row. • Use widgets on your home screen to keep track of stats or streaks. Let's make your exercises sporadic! Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
