Whether you’re looking for urgent care, or virtual or in-person care from your primary care provider or a specialist, MyMountSinai puts it all in one place, with tools that make it easy to find what you’re looking for. With MyMountSinai, you can: • Find and schedule or manage appointments with new or existing providers • Access virtual care including virtual urgent care, virtual primary care, and message only care • Check in for appointments • Start a video visit • Check your symptoms and find care based on your symptoms • Find in person urgent care • View your medical records and lab and test results • Send a message to your provider • Request prescription refills • View next steps after a visit • Find your way around select hospitals • Receive e-mail and/or text messages alerts when you have new messages or results in your account • Pay a bill using Apple Pay • Upload your health and fitness data, including data from Apple Healthkit app (when enrolled in self-tracking programs) MyMountSinai is your gateway to Mount Sinai providers and services, as well as all of your medical records.
