This is a simple loan calculator that gives you a good forecast of what to expect in regards to loan repayment. 
It allows you to view the impact of adding extra payments for a better payment plan/schedule. Support 3 Payment methods: - Equal Payment : Pay an equal payment in every payment. - Equal Principal : Pay an equal amount of principal every payment. Each payment's interest is calculated based on current balance. Payment is the sum of principal and interest. - Interest Only: Pay interest in every payment and pay the loan in the last payment of loan schedule. Support various payment frequency. Support various kind of extra payments. It is really easy and simple to use. Please use it and send your feedback if any.
